If you are re-ordering today and if you would like to participate in the auto-shipping program, call our customer help line at (800) 771-2147 and you will automatically receive a 15% discount on this current order and on future orders that are auto-shipped to you.

Basic Shipping fee for one item: $5.95
For each additional item ordered please add $1.50

Exceptions:

1. No additional item fee is required when the Learning Stone is
added to an existing order.

2. When the Video, Treating Ear Infections, is purchased as a set
with the EarCheck® Monitor, it is considered one (1) item and
will either be shipped at the $5.95 rate if it is the only item
purchased or at the one additional item rate of $1.50 when
purchased with other items.

3. 6 to 7 items $12.95 S/H

4. 8 to 12 items $15.00 S/H

Return Policy
No Returns or exchanges will be accepted beyond 30 days from the date of purchase. You may exchange items for the same at no charge, if original is defective or damaged. The EarCheck Monitor is under warranty from the manufacturer and must be returned to them. We do not accept returns on items if the original seal has been broken. A copy of the original receipt is required on all returns. The refund will be for the original cost of the item less a 10% restocking fee and any shipping & handling charges. You will be responsible for the shipping costs related to the return of the item(s). Send the item(s) back with a copy of your invoice. A Delivery Confirmation or tracking Receipt is required for proof of return if there is a dispute. Nutrients may not be returned.
